Kube – Restaurant Review.

One of the city’s largest lounge bar and club, KUBE, has now opened its door’s for the 3 essential D’s of the weekend….Dining, Drinking and of course, Dancing!

Spread across 11k sq. ft., Kube has two distinctive sections, one being the dinning area which gives you a great feel of a backyard with lush green plants and wooden furniture juxtaposed along with live kitchen in the non-smoking section which caters to all the families culinary needs. Kube’s 36 ft. long bar is a delight, making it the longest bar in Andheri. This area is also filled with cabanas, which can easily accommodate a large group for intimate gathering and yet be a part of the entire hustle-bustle of the place. The furniture in this section is an eclectic mix of chairs and tables to avoid monotony.

The other distinctive area of Kube is the enclosed club area. With its play of LED lights, music and exceptional cocktails, this club is somewhere you would want to be at every weekend!

The drink menu at Kube is eclectic and experimental and showcases a range of beers, straight drinks and cocktails. The must try signature cocktails such as Kube, Salty Kube, Fudge Kolada, Saffron Sour, Raspberry Crème brulee. For the designated drivers Kube serves some special mocktails such as Basilico, Key West and Honey bee. The bar menu has been designed by the mixologist Errol Menon whose main focus is to create cocktails that have never been tasted before with keeping everybody’s needs in mind”.

The Raspberry Crème brulee was my pick of the night and is an absolute must have!

Good food and bar menu are a match that must be. The extensive food menu, conceptualized by Chef Dev Singh Negi offers fusion multi cuisine A selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian classic dishes with a modern twist, this is to keep the diners satiated. Presentation is the key to the food and every dish is a visual delight, appealing to each diner’s senses. Some must try dishes on the menu are Sambal Fish Rolls, Silver Murgh Kebab, Fish Amritsari, Kube Taster, Flatbreads such as Primavera and Caprese. The food is prepared from excerpts from all over India with global touch combined with Modern Plating.

The Malaysian Laksa Soup, Chicken Cigars and the Sesame Prawns Toast are absolute must haves! So is the Saffron Risotto.

Al in all, whether you want to enjoy a meal with your family, a romantic dinner for two, a corporate dinner or a knock out party with all your friends on Sunday or a Friday – Kube will create the right setting for you irrespective! Haven’t I sorted your weekend already?
